By downloading, installing, or using any VistoShield product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use VistoShield.
The following products are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and are free to use, modify, and distribute under the terms of that license:

The following products require a paid subscription and are licensed under a commercial license:
Pro licenses are granted on a subscription basis. Your license is valid for the duration of your active subscription and entitles you to use the software on the number of servers or sites specified in your plan. Pro features stop functioning if your subscription lapses, but your server and data remain unaffected.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with VistoShield Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email info@vistoshield.com with your order number and license key.
VistoShield products run on your own servers. We provide license validation and signature update services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our licensing and update servers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If our servers are temporarily unreachable, your existing installation continues to function normally with its current configuration and signatures.
VistoShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, that it will detect or prevent all security threats, or that it will be compatible with every server configuration. Security software reduces risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vistoweb and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use VistoShield, including but not limited to loss of data, server downtime, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of VistoShield shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Pro license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ceases immediately, but Community edition features remain available under the GPL. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of VistoShield after changes constitutes acceptance.
