What are the requirements to become a partner?
We welcome hosting providers, web agencies, MSPs, and resellers who manage 10+ WordPress sites. Applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
How does billing work?
You purchase license pools in bulk at your volume discount. Licenses are valid for 1 year from purchase. You can purchase additional licenses at any time — your discount tier is based on your total pool size.
Can I mix Pro and Max licenses?
Yes. Your discount tier is calculated from your total license pool across all plans. For example, if you have 80 Pro licenses and buy 30 Max licenses, your total is 110 — putting you in the Silver tier (40% off) for both Pro and Max purchases.
Can I resell at my own price?
Yes. You set your own pricing for clients. The discount between your cost and your selling price is your margin.
How do I assign licenses to clients?
Through the Partner Dashboard or via the REST API. Simply enter a client email and select a plan. They will receive an invitation to activate their account.
What is white-label branding?
Enterprise partners (500+ licenses) can replace the VistoShield branding with their own company name and logo throughout the dashboard and client emails.
Can I revoke and reassign licenses?
Yes. You can revoke a license from one client and assign it to another at any time. The user will be downgraded to the Free plan upon revocation.
